Our Customer Success team is a key differentiator in our space, and highly regarded by our customers. You’ll be aiding our customers pre-and post sales with support and troubleshooting, technical implementations. You’ll also be the liaison to engineering, product, and marketing teams to advocate for our customers. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to make the move from Success to a Sales Engineering role.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Be on the front line for Chartio’s customers and potential customers
Advocate for customers and represent their needs internally
Use your in-depth knowledge of data and Chartio to help our customers become experts themselves
Analyze data and draw insightful recommendations for customers Develop repeatable technical customer solutions
Document technical solutions to help both internal and external teams
Collaborate with our engineering team for further troubleshooting, bug fixes, and workarounds
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer facing technical role
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- Experience in data / BI consulting, solutions architect or data engineering role
- Knowledge of how businesses use data to drive decisions
- Creative problem solving
- Ability to make well-informed decisions with minimal oversight
- This position will be full time and based out of San Francisco, CA
- Confident presenting in front of a room full of executives

- Detailed knowledge of Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery and other modern data technologies
- Expertise in data modeling, warehousing and ETL best practices
