We are growing rapidly and need an in-house recruiter to help us grow our talented work force while maintaining our fun culture.
Your role will be in working directly with our department heads to uncover their hiring requirements and build a profile for the ideal candidates. You'll then turn the profile into a hiring plan and find the best matched candidates!
As our first in-house recruiter, you know more about this than we do, and you'll have an enormous impact on the employee quality and culture that we're building at Chartio.
About the Team
Chartio is a fairly small team of smart people who came from companies like Splunk, Cisco, Rackspace and IBM to make data visualization easy, simple and beautiful. We strongly believe that building data interfaces that are enjoyable to use will lead people to actually want to explore and understand their data, and as such deeply value design - in our product, in our culture, and in our environment.
