Use the Admin API to set specific times for refreshing your data sources. It can be especially useful to run after ETL jobs or before Snapshots.

Users can prepare their accounts for cancellation by disconnecting their data sources and removing most of the users. However, removing user data outside of the application requires extra help from Chartio.

For legacy plans, there are three different types of licenses in Chartio: Editor, Viewer, and Monitor.
