There are a couple of ways your Zendesk data can be leveraged in Chartio. Chartio does not connect directly to Zendesk, so you will need a process to move that data into a relational database.
Most of the time our customers use their existing database to store their cloud application data such as Redshift. Chartio connects to this database and allows you to visualize the data from your cloud data sources.
If you do not have an existing data warehouse, we recommend using Panoply which provides Zendesk integration and a fully managed data warehouse. With Panoply, you can import your data and connect Panoply to Chartio.
